highway pegs for R1200RT

while looking into planning a long trip I may take this summer, I decided a set of highway pegs might help reduce the aching knees I get after a couple of hours in the saddle and possibly eliminate some stops along the way. research online for R1200RT accessories found the following web sites showing an interesting design but they both seem a bit pricey for what they are.

anyone have any experience with either of these or any other brands on their bikes?
